Service

Airlock is a governance layer that sits between your applications and AI providers. You configure policies, detectors, approvals, and audit; Airlock enforces them on every gateway request.

Your responsibilities

• Keep account credentials and API keys secret.
• Configure policies appropriate to your regulatory and business obligations.
• Do not use Airlock to violate applicable law or the terms of the AI providers you connect.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your end users.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the service, no attempts to bypass the governance pipeline, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no use of the service to build a directly competing offering.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown on the pricing page at signup. Usage above plan limits may incur additional fees or trigger rate limits.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Airlock's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
