This privacy policy explains what Airlock collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you. Contact support@KinetIQ.com with any privacy questions.
Information we collect
- Account data you provide: name, email, optional profile fields (company, job title).
- Application configuration: applications, policies, API key metadata. Plaintext API keys are shown only once on creation and are not retrievable afterwards.
- Gateway usage: for each request, we store the request/correlation IDs, timestamps, the matched policy and version, the decision, and detector findings.
- Prompt and response content: stored only when the matching policy explicitly sets
audit_modetoredactedorfull. Raw sensitive values are only persisted when set tofull.
How we use information
- Operating the Airlock service.
- Enforcing your organization's policies and producing the audit trail you configured.
- Providing support and responding to your inquiries.
- Complying with legal obligations.
Sharing
Airlock forwards gateway requests to the AI providers you configure (OpenAI at MVP). We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure subprocessors to operate the service; contact support@KinetIQ.com for the current list.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account data at any time.
- Configure policies so raw prompt content is never persisted (default).
- Revoke API keys from the applications area.
